Based on this evaluation, management has concluded that our disclosure controls and procedures were not effective as of June 30, 2026 due to the material weaknesses discussed in our 2025 Annual Report on Form 10-K. 28 Changes in Internal Control Over Financial Reporting We are in the process of implementing certain changes to our internal controls to remediate the material weaknesses described in our 2025 Annual Report on Form 10-K. Related to these efforts was the development of a remediation plan to specifically address processes and activities intended to rectify the issues identified as part of the material weaknesses. These plans include, but are not limited to, increased training, enhanced documentation associated with accounting treatment for non-routine items, and automation efforts designed to specifically address the identified material weaknesses.
